Wire

Type Alias Wire

Source
pub type Wire<P> = Wire<P>;
Expand description

What goes on the wire: the payload and the identifier that names it.

The same shape crate::perfect_link uses, and for the same reason — deduplication is by identifier, so that identical content sent twice is two messages.

Aliased Type§

pub struct Wire<P> {
    pub id: MsgId,
    pub payload: P,
}
